We performed the same analysis within the ICI nonresponding group and found that the cutoff of the IL-18/IL-18BP complex, free IL-18, and neutrophil concentration only showed a trend with OS, with, respectively, HR = 1.9 (IC95% = [1–3.7], p = 0.0599), HR = 1.7 (IC95% = [0.9–3.2], p = 0.1014), and HR = 1.8 (IC95% = [0.9–3.7], p = 0.94).
There was no significant variable to predict major revision, although the administration of perioperative chemotherapy was a marginally significant variable ( p = 0.06).
There was no significant difference between the two treatment groups regarding the occurrence of GIT ( Table 2 , p = 0.34), and only modest significance regarding GUT ( Table 3 , p = 0.06).
Hypertension without heart disease showed a trend towards increased risk with delayed surgery (HR = 2.05, p = 0.06), but this did not reach statistical significance, as shown in Table 7 .
The presence of high endothelial venules, assessed by the MECA-79 antibody, was not associated with any of the factors studied; however, it showed a trend ( p = 0.06, χ 2 = 3.4) for a negative association with p62 nuclear expression.
Correlation between ypLNR and Selected Clinicopathological Variables A significant correlation was shown between the clinical Tumour (cT) stage and ypLNR in the N1 and N1 + N2 tiers ( p = 0.0006 and p = 0.0024, respectively), whereas the correlation between the cT stage and ypLNR in N2 tier was nearly significant ( p = 0.06).
Similarly, when comparing the A549-NTC (p53 wild type) and A549-920 (p53 knockdown) cell lines, the effect of volasertib was larger in the p53 wild type A549-NTC cells within each irradiation dose compared to the A549-920 cells without functional p53, with a trend towards significance ( p = 0.060).
The group with favorable responses showed a strong trend for having been treated with higher cumulative total doses of OT101 than the cumulative doses received by the non-responders ( p -Value = 0.06).
An analysis stratified by cetuximab use confirmed previous findings: the risk of not achieving pCR was 2.17 (95% CI: 1.41–3.33) in patients not treated with cetuximab compared to 0.89 (95% CI: 0.39–2.05) in patients treated with cetuximab; however, this difference was only marginally significant ( p = 0.06). 3.2.2.
Additionally, the frequencies of group 2 cells (CD137+ IFNγ+ CD8+ T cells) were higher in cluster 3 (G) tissues compared to cluster 2 (M) tissues (marginally significant, p = 0.06).
There was evidence that survival was also better for ping-pong dose modulation compared to no treatment, but it was not quite statistically significant (Cox proportional HR = 0.2, 95% CI = 0.038–1.09, p = 0.06).
However, patients with NRAS mutations showed a trend towards prolonged distant metastasis-free survival ( Figure 1 d) (Log-rank test, p = 0.06), but no difference in disease specific survival ( Figure 1 e, p = 0.9), while the two groups ( NRAS mutant vs.
The median OS for the 30 patients representing the top third of at risk patients within the mITT population relative to the total dose of OT101 (range: 53–152 mg/m 2 ) was 447 (95% CI: 402–1079) days and showed a trend towards better outcome (log-rank χ 2 = 3.5, p -Value = 0.06) when compared to the median OS of 221.5 (95% CI: 152–406) days for the 30 patients representing the bottom third of at risk patients (range: 1.1–14 mg/m 2 ) ( Table 3 ).
Despite a clear trend in the univariable analysis, a high TMTV was not a statistically significant prognostic factor for OS in the CIT group (HR 2.2, 95%CI 1.0–4.8, p = 0.06).
Peak Bliss scores for GR-S226A cells were also lower than for wild-type NALM6 cells but with borderline significance ( p = 0.06) ( Figure 4 H and Figure S9C ).
Similar to the trend we observed in tumor-derived SUV max , SUV max in post-surgical scarring also showed a trend towards a positive correlation with myocardial tracer uptake (Pearson’s r = 0.49, p = 0.06) Otherwise, there were no significant correlations between radiotracer uptake in normal organs and post-surgical scarring ( Table S2 ). 3.5.
Furthermore, genetic ancestry, specifically African American ancestry, was also significantly associated with CIPN change from baseline (CE = −7.63, SE = 2.43, and p < 0.002) with an overall significance of p = 0.007, while sex was only borderline significant (CE = 3.29, SE = 1.77, and p = 0.06), Table 2 .
When compared to the nIBC cohort, this decrease was significantly higher in TN IBC ( p = 0.007), borderline significant ( p = 0.06) in the HR+ IBC and not significant in HER2+ IBC ( p = 0.37).
Funnel plot asymmetry evaluation using the Egger’s test revealed significant asymmetry (t = 3.58; p -value < 0.002), indicating potential publication bias, while Begg’s test yielded a marginally non-significant result (z = 1.87; p -value > 0.06), suggesting weaker evidence against funnel plot symmetry (Funnel plot in Supplementary Figure S1A ).
However, patients without a CDKN2A deletion/mutation or CDK4 amplification had nearly statistically significant, longer OS compared to patients with a CDKN2A deletion/mutation or CDK4 amplification (17.6 versus 10.1 months, Figure 3 , p = 0.06).
