For LAVA analysis, bivariate local genetic correlation analyses were performed for trait pairs with nominally significant univariate local genetic signals as the detection of reliable local genetic correlations requires adequate genetic variation within genomic regions.

Mice immunized with hematopoietic-depleting HA-miR142t mRNA-LNPs showed a trend towards lower frequencies of Tfh cells and had significantly fewer total Tfh cells in the draining lymph nodes nine days p.i.

The annual mean AGB of grasslands in Africa showed an increasing trend over a 20-year period, with an annual growth rate of 1.45 g/m 2 .

However, a clear improvement was observed for IL10 production estimates, which could be expected given the prior identification of a highly significant pQTL region for production of this cytokine (Fig. 5 and Supplementary Fig. 12 ).

Arbaclofen increased Pk1a power at both doses and significantly decreased its center frequency at the higher dose (with a clear trend at the lower dose).

All statistical tests were two-sided, with p -values < 0.05 considered nominally significant.

Experiment 3: When a clear trend in dust emission is present, it becomes possible to quantify the contribution of each driving factor more effectively.

Although there may be significant differences in mechanisms and patterns between humans and mice, mouse maternal factors essential for de novo methylation in oocytes, including DNMT3A, DNMT3L, KDM1A, KDM1B, SETD2, HDAC1/HDAC2, SIN3A, CFP1, SALL4, and HIRA, have been identified 29 , 30 .

In agreement with this finding, monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) represented by palmitoleic acid (C16:1) and oleic acid (C18:1) were decreased upon tyrosine deprivation, whereas polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), including linoleic acid (C18:2), arachidonic acid (C20:4) and adrenic acid (C22:4) showed an increasing trend (Supplementary Fig. 11i ).

The percentage of donor-derived splenic ILC1s that migrate into the MAT was significantly higher in CLP mice compared to sham controls, while a decreasing trend was observed in the spleen (Fig. 3I , and Supplementary Fig. 3C , D).
