None of these symptoms were significant predictors of long COVID in the adjusted model ( Table 3 ) (sleep disturbance was the only symptom category that approached significance ( p = 0.02)), however ME/CFS, joint pain, and several others demonstrated high variance inflation factors (S1 Table D.4 in S1 File ) indicating possible underestimation of their effects (S1 Appendix D in S1 File ).
Both models show that the telehealth related factors are the most contributing features in predicting Effort Expectancy except for Self-Efficacy (SE) and Perceived Barriers (PB) where PB has a low contribution by lower IV, although it has a highly significant effect (a dashed border bar) on Effort Expectancy, inferred by p = 0.02 in Table 4 .
The Cox-proportional hazard ratios with exact partial likelihood to handle tied failures for hospital mortality comparing the BMI categories <18.5, 18.5 to 22.9, 25.0 to 29.9, and ≥30.0 with the reference category were 1.13 (0.88 to 1.44), 1.03 (0.84 to 1.26), 0.96 (0.76 to 1.22), and 0.68 (0.43 to 1.08), respectively, with a highly significant test for trend ( p = 0.02).
A multiple regression model of parasite prevalence on both elevation and temperature was highly significant (F 2,3 = 164.63, P<0.02, R 2 = 0.99, Adjusted R 2 = 0.98) but only temperature contributed significantly to the model (temperature: Beta = 0.99 P = 0.02; elevation: Beta = 0.004 P>0.98).
Serum Ang-1 levels did not change significantly in cholecalciferol group (mean change: 1.36 ng/ml; 95% CI: -2.39 to 5.11 ; p = 0.280; Table 3 ) while in placebo group showed an increasing trend (mean change: 5.63 ng/ml; 95%CI: 0.51 to 10.75; p = 0.020).
More precisely, due to the matching criteria, peripheral PP did not differ significantly between groups for both populations, while central PP differed with a borderline significance (p = 0.02 for main population, p = 0.11 for test population).
The difference between groups GV (87%) and V (53%) was marginally significant (corrected α = 0.017, Z = 1.99, P = 0.02), though the difference between groups G (67%) and V (53%) was non-significant ( Z = 0.74, P = 0.23), and the difference between groups GV (87%) and G (67%) was not significant either ( Z = 1.29, P = 0.09).
It included regions belonging to the lateral occipital cortex, the occipital pole (all p < .05, FDR corrected) and a part of the left fusiform gyrus that nearly reached significance after correction for multiple testing (p = .02, uncorrected).
Outcomes that were promoted in the review were more likely to be significant than if there was no discrepancy (relative risk 1.66 95% CI (1.10, 2.49), p = 0.02).
The gene-based analysis confirmed the significance of the THRB gene ( P = 2.29×10 −5 ) and showed a borderline significance for the PVT1 gene ( P = 0.02) ( Table 3 ).
[36] In a similar group of NSCLC patients, the results of the TAILOR trial indicated a highly significant increase of PFS in favor of docetaxel (HR = 0.71; 95% CI, 0.53–0.95; p = 0.02) versus erlotinib.
A Kolmogorov-Smirnov test shows that the H 2 O 2 and the DTT evoked increase in Po of the mutant channel is moderately significant (P = 0.02 for H 2 O 2 and 0.03 for DTT).
Previously, the UGT1A7*3 allele exhibited modestly significant association with colorectal cancer (OR = 2.39; P = 0.02) [ 57 ], lung cancer [ 62 ], endometrial cancer [ 63 ] and pancreatic cancer (OR = 1.98; P = 0.003) [ 64 ] with a particularly strong association in smokers with pancreatic carcinoma who were younger than 55 years (OR = 4.7; P = 0.0009), suggesting the magnitude of the observed associations may be modified by environmental interactions.
Pimecrolimus treatment increased the externalization of both CD203c and CD193 on the surface of cells isolated from hymenopteran venom allergics (but not healthy controls) following stimulation with high doses of venom (1.0 μg*ml -1 ), leading to a 4.3–6.6% increase in the frequency of SSC low CD203c + CD193 + , SSC low CD203c + and SSC low CD193 + cells (borderline significance—paired t -test p = 0.02, = 0.08 and = 0.02, respectively).
The positivity rate also showed a trend according to the age group dropping from 90.5% in the under 3-month old to 78.3% in the 4–12 years old (p-value = 0.020).
Interestingly, a decreasing trend in NRTI TDR was also observed in LAC (4.7% vs. 3.8%, p = 0.02), possibly reflecting previous exposure to mono- or dual therapy and the consequent introduction of more potent ART schemes.
High APOBEC3C expression remained significant in anaplastic astrocytoma and showed a trend toward significance in anaplastic oligodendroglioma even when the model was adjusted for age (p = 0.02 and p = 0.07, respectively) ( Table S12 ).
However, moderately significant linear relationships were detected between bleaching (loss of Chl a ) and chronic photodamage (reduced F v / F m ) in both H. depressa (R 2 = 0.532, p = 0.020) and M. vertebralis (R 2 = 0.300, p = 0.034) (data not shown).
There were weakly significant decreases from baseline of glycerophosphocholine for both the FO (log 2 FC -0.12 ± 0.05; P = 0.02) and FO+MCT (log 2 FC -0.18 ± 0.07; P = 0.02) groups.
However, there was some evidence of a decreasing trend in annual incidence among men aged 20–24 years from 2011 to 2015 (RR for linear trend from one year to the next = 0.86, 95%CI = 0.75–0.97, p = 0.02; S1 Table ).
A repeated measures 2-way ANOVA revealed that the interaction between time and bethanechol was highly significant in the group with NGT ( p = 0.02 for a bethanechol-time interaction), but not IGT (p = 1.0) or T2DM (p = 0.44).
The overall pooled effect size of the static balance function in the experimental group did not significantly differ from that in the control group [Hedges’ g: 1.32 (95% CI: -0.41, 3.06) at p = 0.13], with a highly significant difference in heterogeneity ( I 2 = 81% at p = 0.02).
