Drug concentration showed a trend towards an effect on peak viral load and on AUC viral load ( p = 0.056 and p = 0.074, respectively, Fig. 3e, f ), suggesting that high concentrations could be associated with a reduction of viral load, with a nonlinear relationship.
A 6 (SNR) × 2 (group) mixed ANOVA on arcsine-transformed 22 accuracy revealed that older adults were less accurate than young adults irrespective of SNR ( F 1,30 =19.48, P <0.001), and accuracy increased with increasing SNR in both groups ( F 5,150 =399.10, P <0.001), with a marginally significant group × SNR interaction ( F 5,150 =2.21, P =0.056, Fig. 1b ).
Previous study showed that mucin-degraders (family Prevotellaceae) were enriched in patients with depression and anxiety 47 , and a further subgroup analysis of present study also supported a near-significant increase of Akkermansia in unaffected controls with antidepressant ( n = 5, P value = 0.056) when comparing to those without (Supplementary Fig. 9b ).
In comparison, the combined explained variance by soil properties (soil pH, C/N, and moisture) had a marginally significant negative relationship with latitude for soil fungal communities (Adj R 2 = 0.16, p = 0.056) (Fig. 6a ).
A marginally significant effect of condition, F (1,15) = 4.31, p = 0.056, η 2 = 0.22, revealed higher hit rates when earn colors were presented first relative to when save colors were presented first, specifically at shorter onsets (8 ~ 38), F (1,15) = 4.81, p = 0.044, η 2 = 0.24, where onset information was limited (left panel, Fig. 4a ).
Although not reaching the level of conventional statistical significance, two neuropeptides that showed a strong trend toward differential expression were RYa ( F 2,9 =4.033, P =0.056) and myosuppressin (MYO; F 2,9 =3.611, P =0.071).
Expected parasitism based on a binary regional food web was a marginally non-significant predictor of observed parasitism ( z =1.9, P =0.056, with a partial regression coefficient of 1.9 (s.e.=0.99) for binary data ( Supplementary Table 8a ), compared with 2.3 (s.e.=0.84) for quantitative data ( Supplementary Table 3 ).
1 ), a significant increase in sputum CD14 - CD16 - cDCs, and a strong trend ( p = 0.056) for an increase in CD1c + cDC2s, the dominant subset of sputum CD14 - CD16 − cDCs, was associated with human patent infection (Fig. 2D ).
The mean of the individual changes (Δ = V7–V1) in each of these metabolites was also significantly different between the NR and placebo groups, with the exception of NADP + , which, however, showed a strong trend after multiple testing correction ( p = 0.057; Supplementary Data 6 ).
CT-179-treated tumors showed a trend to decreased p-OLIG2 (p = 0.057), consistent with disruption of OLIG2 dimerization, and significantly reduced p-RB, indicating an overall decrease in proliferation (Fig. 5A ).

Using the genes that contributed most to the enrichment of this upregulated gene set ( n = 48 genes), we built the first principal component (PC1) of their VAT bulk expression and identified a negative trend (rho = −0.242, p value = 0.057) between PC1 of the VAT bulk expression and the adipocyte diameter in RYSA (Supplementary Note 1.7 , Supplementary Data 43 ).
