others) was marginally insignificant ( p = 0.058).
Although the effect was nearly significant, decoding accuracy did not significantly increase with gradient order ( ⍴ = −0.03, p = 0.058, Spearman’s correlation).

Further, when using reward expectancy neurons only, no increase in the decoder’s performance was observed (Δ performance = +0.01 ± 0.02 with n = 30 neurons, p = 0.21), while there was a statistical trend increase in the decoder’s performance when excluding reward expectancy neurons (Δ performance = +0.10 ± 0.04 with n = 99 neurons, p = 0.059).

This reduction in social parasites was marginally non-significant (one-sided t -test, p = 0.059, df = 2, t = −2.65).
For AZD0530 (also known as saracatinib, a Src and Abl inhibitor), we found a previously reported gene set for SRC signaling 22 , which consisted of eight genes, was significantly associated with the drug in CCLE ( P = 3.89 × 10 −4 , NES = 1.91) and marginally significant by the GDSC model ( P = 0.059, NES = 1.48).
Mangrove sediment samples showed a similar pattern to the seagrass meadows and the presence of allochthonous sources had a marginally significant positive effect on the amount of CaCO 3 in the sediment ( t -value = 4.29, df = 1.81, p = 0.0596).
albicans (partial Spearman P = 0.015, R 2 = 0.57) and a clear trend with Candida genus abundance (partial Spearman P = 0.06, R 2 = 0.46; Fig.
A difference in survival, trending towards significance, was seen between WT ( n = 11) relative to CD8 KO mice ( n = 9; p = 0.06), implanted with kinome KO GL261 glioma cells (Fig. 1c ), suggestive of CD8 T-cell-mediated selection in WT mice implanted with kinome KO GL261 glioma cells.
Interestingly, NOD mice treated with BIBO3304 displayed a significant decrease in glucose levels (Placebo, 5.35 ± 0.11 mM; BIBO3304, 5.03 ± 0.09 mM; * P < 0.05), which is associated with a strong trend to increased insulin levels (Placebo, 73.31 ± 9.42 pM; BIBO3304, 103.2 ± 11.87 pM; P = 0.06), indicating that β-cells in a T1D environment are responsive to the inhibition of Y1 receptor signaling.
We found that the presence of Ssk-FB4s was always associated with stronger resistance against viral, bacterial and fungal infection in all datasets 71 – 73 : the comparison reaches marginal significance in one set with female flies subjected to bacterial infection ( P = 0.06, Supplementary Fig. 19 ), and significance in another two sets with flies subjected to fungal infection ( P = 0.002 and P = 0.02, respectively).
As with the HBB donors, the majority of differentiated cells were CD19 + lymphoid and CD33 + myeloid cells, with a strong trend towards more genome editing within the CD33 + population (55.8 ± 12.0 vs. 22.3 ± 11.2; p = 0.06, two-tailed t-test) (Supplementary Fig. 4d, e ).
The meta-analysis of the FUT2–ABO interaction effect in the discovery stage revealed a borderline significant interaction (OR = 1.08 (95% CI = 0.99–1.17), P = 0.06), with significant evidence of heterogeneity between the two discovery studies (heterogeneity P = 0.002).
Within the generalized estimating equations model, marginally significant time × group interaction effects were found in the FACT-B scores (quality of life) from T0 to T2 ( p = 0.06; see Table 1 ).
Combining these regions into a meta-ROI, we observed that the AD+LB+ group exhibited faster glucose hypometabolism than the AD+LB− group at a statistical trend level ( p = 0.06, Fig. 3C ).
Post hoc comparisons showed that double word-color incongruency significantly slowed down target response only when the target was not a Stroop word (paired t(19) = −2.43, p = 0.02, marginally significant after correction), but not when it was a Stroop word (paired t(19) = −1.96, p = 0.06) (Fig. 2a, b ).
QPCR assays showed reduced expression of Ccr2 and its ligands Ccl2 , Ccl8 and Ccl12 in muscles of CD11b/LIF BMT recipients, and a strong trend for lower levels of Ccl7 expression ( P = 0.06) (Fig. 4a ).
We found marginally significant effects (repeated measures analysis of variance (RM ANOVA), offline: F 2,22 = 3.22, P = 0.06; online: F 2,22 = 2.72, P = 0.09); however, the differences were small and the opposite direction for on- vs. offline stimulation.

During the reward delivery event, the cOFC did not exhibit a significant trend (t(4) = − 0.29, p = 0.78), but the pACC exhibited a marginally significant effect (t(4) = − 2.55, p = 0.06).
The SI values for the non-rewarded cue were also elevated in preterm mice (Term NR =0.11 ± 0.19, Preterm NR = 0.2 ± 0.07), but the differences in their distribution between term and preterm mice were marginally significant (K-S test, D = 0.41, p = 0.06), likely due to the low number of significantly modulated neurons (Term=16 and Preterm=23).
The quantification results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between TET1 and GCLC protein levels (Pearson r = 0.705, P < 0.001), and a positive trend was observed between TET1 and GCH1 expression (Pearson r = 0.331, P = 0.060).
