Small doses of allulose did not have a significant effect on HbA 1c and fasting insulin ( p > 0.05), while the reduction in fasting glucose was of borderline significance ( p = 0.05).
As shown in Figure 3 A, the 20 M-HP group crossed the platform the most times, 6.39 ± 0.46, which was a significant increase of 47.15% compared with the 20 M-C group of 4.32 ± 0.56 ( p < 0.05); the 16 M-HP group crossed the platform the most times, 5.31 ± 0.78, which was a highly significant increase compared with the 16 M-C group of 2.06 ± 0.34 ( p < 0.05), 157.77% ( p < 0.01); and the 9 M-HP group traversed the platform 4.95 ± 0.89 times with a highly significant improvement of 150% ( p < 0.01) over that of 9 M-C of 1.98 ± 0.14.
Moreover, a strong trend was demonstrated for decreased LDL cholesterol (100 ± 8 mg/dL (2.59 ± 0.21) to 93 ± 7 (2.40 ± 0.18); p = 0.05) and a decline in TC:HDL ratio from 4.0 ± 0.3 during control to 3.7 ± 0.2 during the fiber intervention ( p = 0.02) period.
With respect to the association between hemodynamic activations that differentiate the clinical group from the TD group (see Table S3a, S3b ) and ADHD severity scores, our results showed a marginally significant positive correlation (Spearman’s rho = 0.501, p < 0.05) between HbO values in right frontoparietal ROI in the 2-back condition and Conners’ ADHD index.
For hip fractures, the association of allium vegetables was borderline significant ( p = 0.050), but did not reach significance for cruciferous vegetables ( p = 0.157).
Food Patterns The Jonckheere–Terpstra test ( Table 2 ) revealed a significant increasing trend across neuropathy severity for the Western/fast-food dietary pattern (Z = 2.24, p = 0.03) and refined grains and starches pattern (Z = 1.99, p = 0.04) and a borderline significant trend for the alcohol and animal fat pattern (Z = 1.92, p = 0.05).

[ 43 ] when evaluating instrumental parameters in goat's milk yogurt containing only probiotics or probiotics with cupuaçu ( Theobroma grandiflorum ) pulp over 28 days of storage, showed a trend of loss of the texture of the product throughout the storage, being significant for apparent viscosity and firmness ( p < 0.05), although significant for consistency ( p < 0.05) for the yoghurt with only probiotic.
At 6 months, in multivariable analysis, women with a baseline HbA1c ≥ 8% were more likely to reach the primary endpoint [aOR 4.4 (2.1–9.3)] p < 0.001, while those with a BMI ≥ 35 kg/m 2 almost reached statistical significance [adjusted odds ratio, aOR: 2.0 (0.98–4.1)] p = 0.05.
[ 11 ] altered the results from borderline significant ( p = 0.05) to statistically significant ( p < 0.05).
In the unadjusted models, DISST insulin sensitivity was reduced in the HPHFib group, relative to the StdD group, at both week 4 and week 10, but the difference between diets did not reach statistical significance (i.e., p < 0.05) ( Table 4 ).
The weight of the tibialis anterior showed a decreasing trend in the DEX group ( p = 0.05) and was significantly decreased in the 2LDEX group compared with the control group; however, there was no difference between the DEX-treated groups ( Figure 3 G).
The long-term NATHAN 1 trial reported a marginal, borderline significant effect on the primary composite endpoint (NIS-LL, p = 0.05) without significant improvements in nerve conduction studies; therefore, evidence for functional stabilization is very limited and inconclusive.
Also at the beginning of the study, the median sIgE value in response to rMal d 1 was 0.99 kU/L (range 0.04–94.60 kU/L) The patients showed a significant decrease of the median sIgE in response to Bet v 1 (10.60 to 5.19 kU/L; p = 0.01) and a nearly significant decrease of sIgE in response to rMal d 1 (0.99 to 0.61 kU/L; p = 0.05) after 2 years of BP-AIT ( Figure 2 ).
